We haven't had our treatment yet but it has been an amazing experience. From our initial phone call to the pre inspection the customer service is fantastic! They put your mind at ease. The technician was through and explained everything. They were also fair and honest in their quote. They are able to come the next day to do the treatment. So far I am very happy with he service. We are also getting a 60 day warranty!

His name is Abdul, and he was excellent at helping me to understand how he was identifying the source of the sounds, and the treatments that they use, depending on the animal in question. Abdul was respectful with me and somehow got me to laugh even though I was feeling distraught. The services offered are humane and well explained both by reception and by Abdul. I ultimately purchased the 1 year, interior and exterior, maintenance package. This is a 5 star business. From beginning to end, they are professional, competent and reassuring. Very happy with our experience! Service came the same day we called to remove the bird/nest. Jordan was our technician and was thorough, transparent, knowledgable and friendly. Even the neighbours (who also had the same birds nest problem this week) noticed and wished they had used Icon Pest. Jordan was exceptionally kind to my toddler son (who is obsessed with tools/construction) to educate him on animals while giving him boundaries and safety rules so that work could be completed safely.
