He took the time to review each step prior to moving forward. Thorough, knowledgeable, friendly with a quick turnaround, leaving our fireplace spotless. I called this company due to rats from my neighbouring backyard, as the neighbour has not maintained his grass. It has caused large rats to roam around the outdoors of my property in the front yard in the backyard, I have felt very uneasy as I am worried, they will enter my home, originally Steve arrived with more compassion than I can begin to explain , This man was not only knowledgeable, but understood my worries and concerns and tried to calm me down. The company is very honest with their prices. They will not take advantage of you due to your exposure to fear. Or at least this is how I felt. After working with his company for a couple of weeks, I noticed another rat around my front yard however, mind you keep in mind during these weeks the sightings were less frequent., I called Steve and he assured me to Give some time to let it do its job, after sometime, again, not as frequent with sightings Spotted another rat, I guess he noticed how uneasy and discomforting this made me feel, He mentioned to me he wouldn’t be able to make it to my place himself, but cent another worker named Jordan, who is just as knowledgable and compassionate, I am still working with the company, and I highly recommend them

First time ever dealing with Icon Pest Control and they lived up to their reviews. Jordan their well qualified tech came by for an inspection, which I then proceeded with the service. He walked me through the whole process from setting the trap to even point of removal. Very professional & thorough, would highly recommend them to anyone
