First time ever dealing with Icon Pest Control and they lived up to their reviews. Jordan their well qualified tech came by for an inspection, which I then proceeded with the service. He walked me through the whole process from setting the trap to even point of removal. Very professional & thorough, would highly recommend them to anyone

I am beyond happy and impressed with Icon Pest Control!!! I never write reviews but have felt I have to in this circumstance. The office team is extremely helpful when you call in, pleasant and informed. The technicians (especially Steve) know what they are doing and work to solve the problem. The digging of the TTC gave our home and neighborhood a large rodent problem and it has been ongoing - gone and back again and Icon has come to help and execute a plan every time. 5 stars is not enough!!!!!

We had an amazing experience with Icon Pest and Steve specifically as our expert technician and overall animal wrangler. Over the years we had several animal invasions, all from different areas of the roof including vents and soffits. We’ve had birds and baby chicks, we’ve had squirrels with babies and a large pregnant raccoons, basically we’ve had it all. First off booking an appointment was very quick and efficient. These guys understand that time is often of the essence. Lucky for us Steve was our expert each time. He is superbly knowledgeable, great at problem solving and careful with your home’s finishes. He is punctual, efficient, capable and most importantly delivers results. Absolutely will recommend, think no further.

I was very happy with the service I received from Tyler Pullen . He was very informative . Answered all my questions patiently and allowed me to walk around and follow him and showed me what he was looking for. He also attended to a few other pest related questions I had separate from our rodent issue . I didn’t feel like he was pushing to sell and was being honest .
