When should I request disposal for my appointment?
Tell us as early as possible when booking your pest control or wildlife service. This gives our team time to review the items, confirm trailer space and provide accurate pricing.
What information should I provide for a disposal quote?
Share the number of items, approximate size, location in the property and any access details such as stairs, elevators or narrow hallways. Photos can also help our team assess the request.
Should I move infested furniture before the technician arrives?
Contact Icon Pest before moving pest-affected items. Moving mattresses, furniture or boxes through the property without guidance may spread pests or contamination to other areas.
Can items be removed from a basement, upper floor or condominium?
Removal may be possible, but access must be reviewed first. Stairs, elevators, parking restrictions and the distance to the trailer may affect approval and pricing.
Can I add more items on the day of service?
Additional items may be accepted if there is enough trailer space and the team can handle them safely. Approval and any additional cost will be confirmed before removal.
Are there items Icon Pest cannot take?
