Expert Raccoon Removal in North York

I didn’t have a very good experience with this company. I ordered an ant cleaning service. The secretary gave me a different price than what we had agreed with, then when the technician came they had the wrong treatment for the type of ant, although we had given them pictures. The technician then charged us 250 dollars just putting a gel treatment which doesn’t really require any expertise at all. All it was a gel you can buy on Amazon and you put drops wherever you think the ants are. It was 6 tubes for 90 on Amazon he put 1 tube for 250. We asked him to put more and he wouldn’t do it. Also there is no warranty it was a horrible expense I do not recommend them at all. The technician wasn’t very knowledgeable he wouldn’t listen to us and put more treatments we wanted to be rid of this problem once and for all, we are still seeing some ants there. Its absolutely ridiculous

Abdul was so professional and knowledgeable. We've had 2 different wildlife companies in to address our problem and their solutions didn't work. Abdul was so thorough in looking for entry points in our house and he was the first to check our attic. He took pictures of everything he found and made suggestions for how to best fix our problem. He patiently answered all of my questions. I finally feel confident that our problem will be resolved. Highly recommend!

Had Icon out to help deal with a raccoon situation on my 2nd floor balcony. Our first tech was Steve. He was friendly, professional, very clear in his explanations, and did a thorough inspection of our property to ensure there no other raccoons setting up shop. Subsequent visits, Icon was always very professional and thorough. They came three-four times to set traps and pick up our furry friends and were always punctual and friendly. Jordan came at the end and did a thorough and fantastic job cleaning up our balcony so we can finally use it again. We've been raccoon free for almost 3 months now! Steve did a great job and pointed out some major issues we had been having. Not knowing it was done by a prior company that didn't use any sealant with their screws, we had 96 holes in the roof that were leaking into the roof. He did a great job and educated us on the issues. Would highly recommend their professional work and approach.
